This beautiful valentine created in 1995 by Helen Frankenthaler for her husband originated as a set of seven loose prints in a limited edition of 35 copies. Adapted to a bound book with linen slipcase, it encompasses all seven lithographs as well as the title page image and accompanying poem, “St. Valentine,” by William Carlos Williams. This first edition is in lovely condition.
